I am a returning player to WoW. I played for a few months during BFA but then quit.
I have read numerous articles from wowhead on how to unlock the Zandalri trolls. I have 2 out of the 3 requirements done, and all I need to do now is get the “Tides of Vengeance” achievement.
However, I am unable to start the first part of “The Day is Won”. Our War Continues is not available to me and I have no idea what I’m missing in order to unlock it. Can someone please help me with this?

I just looked up the chain, opened the quest tracker, looked through the complete and incomplete quests in order until I came across the first Incomplete one. Thankfully, this wasn’t too far in. Sometimes you can be looking for a quest 10 or 12 down a chain. 
Thanks again. I’ve gone to the Norwington Estate and it’s crawling with level 60 elites and no sign of Rexxar anywhere at the locations on the map… Is all hope lost?
E: I can only assume that there is now something buggy going on as I transferred my horde to the alliance during this expansion to play with some friends. Now I’m back on horde and I guess it hasn’t saved my progress with the quest line, but also doesn’t give me the correct opportunity to pick the quest back up again…
Yeah, that’s a complication. Faction transfer is one of those things that can cause unexplained weirdnesses. It does and should reset quest progress, which is expected, but sometimes that leads to situations that are hard to unpick.
I’m also unclear what effect it might have on the accuracy of quest trackers. I’m not even sure what “accuracy” might mean in these situations - quests you have actiually done, or quests that are currently marked as done.
I wonder if you have to start even further back now, even though you have the achievement for Ready for War.
When I look at your armoury, and click Ready for War. although I see you have the achievement, I also see some steps are not ticked on that character
starting with The Marshal’s Grave.
I think you’ve cracked it. That quest is available to me. I shall do that then… Guess I got a long way to go :). Thanks a lot for your help!
