Is it okay to use this keyboard in WoW or will I get banned?

Im thinking about bying SteelSeries Apex Pro tenkeyless 2023 keyboard.
It has an option for dual action of a key.

I’ve understood that you can do it like this :
Press key halfway and it does action 1, press key to bottom and it does action 2.
So my reason to buy this keyboard is this 2 in 1 action.
I could have for example heal1 halfway, heal2 full press.
(googled it : , Dual Actuation is a feature found on Apex Pro keyboards that allows you to bind two different functions to two different actuation levels on our Omnipoint key switches)

But my friend was thinking that it maybe is not allowed in WoW and that I would get banned, so I had to ask before bying the keyboard.7

You’re techincally not doing anything against ToS since you would have to depress the key halfway or full way for two different interactions, which is basically just two different keys in one.
