you could leave the trade chat or try the addon badboy to filter out various words.

SR13-Antispam (https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/sr13-antispam) works just aswell as BadBoy, and has the advantage of not needing any configuration at all.
Just bear in mind that only other players that use addons to remove boosters advertising will see the same view you do. Most of us have a chat that whirls by at a rapid pace. So if you’re trying to talk to someone in trade it might be challenging.
I’m not trying to put you off. You can block the spam with addons. I just hide my trade chat away from view in another tab.
