Just started playing Assass and I am not sure if this is possible. I checked the past forums and did some testing myself but I can’t really get the 4 cp out of it even though the tooltip of Seal Fate says ‘per critical strike’.

It depends entirely on RNG. Mutilate hits twice at the same time, once per hand, and both hits have a separate chance to Crit.
If you crit with both parts of Mutilate then yes, you do get 4cp.
