Is it possible to get old PvP armour not from your armour class?

As the title says, I was wondering if there was any way to buy a specific piece from an old PvP set, like Legion, on a character that doesn’t normally wear that armour type, like Cloth on a Plate character.

I wanted to use these Warlock PvP robes on my DK for roleplay, but the vendors in Dalaran only seem to sell whole Ensenbles, and only for my class.

Afaik with the exception of a few sets, every PvP set is class-restricted with no way to obtain them on other classes.

Although you can find similar models available to classes within the same armor type but it’s rare.
