Is it possible to roleplay as a Scarlet Renagade as they have allied themselfs with the alliance. And is it then possible to walk in Stormwind as a Scarlet Renagede.
If people believed you were genuine about it, yes, it would be. Stormwind and the Church of Light has a large need for able bodied combatants.
Granted, you’d probably have to leave your old tabard at home, and repaint your armor; as walking through public places in Scarlet colors would be a big no-no.

The priests in the order hall recruites one of them so I’d say yes, but they probably wouldn’t know that you were one merely by looking at you since you probably wouldn’t run around in their armor.

If you mean, “Can I walk around Alliance lands as a Scarlet and call myself a Scarlet and adhere to their beliefs?” Then the answer is absolutely 100% no. Blizzard confirmed that the Alliance like the Argents, but Hate the Scarlets.
Could you be an -Ex- Scarlet, who has given up their ideology and symbology, as the one in the Priest Order Hall does, then yes. However bear in mind, that is an -Ex- Scarlet, no longer a Scarlet. Wearing their tabard and armour in Stormwind would be a really good way to get Lynched, assuming the City Guards didn’t get to you first…

I think you could, but I wouldn’t bother if you’re planning to act with the public at large. The Scarlet crusade and it’s many iterations is a source of ire and hatred for many Alliance folks, especially those who escaped the scourge in Lordaeron. You’d have to constantly hide who you are and stuff or else face at best verbal hostility or at worse people wanting to do you harm.
Although I suppose roleplaying a Scarlet in secret would be interesting RP, though boring if you’re only roleplaying yourself.
