In wowhead, the Arclight Spanner has not got a Transmoged With section but it has a Same Model As section. In here there is “Shoni’s Disarming Tool” which I can see in the Wardrobe and it looks spannery.

After reviewing this quest for you, the quest Gyrodrillmatic Excavationators was removed from the game some time ago and should no longer be available for any characters to pick up. this is something that fans have noted on fansites like WoWhead and others so players like yourself know about it:
i think its not possible, i have no way to get a wrench for my rogue this way…
I looked through my list of maces and found Supposed Mace.
It’s more like a Monkey Wrench than a regular spanner but might do you.

tork-wrench is the tird item that looks like a wrench but no longer exists also. Is there no other way to have a wrench mog?

Sorry, currently, you cannot transmog the Arclight Spanner but you may be able to once the transmog restrictions are lifted in 10.0.5
The only option is Shoni’s Disarming Tool, which is currently no longer available.
As for Gyromatic Micro-Adjustor, it is not an item to wear.
