Im thinking about going for paladin tier 4. I heard something about them changing Kharazan into a dungeon. A few pieces drop from Kharazan.
Is it still possible for me to obtain t4 paladin set?
Yes, it is possible, and easy, though obviously it will take time for all the pieces to drop.
If you are just hearing about Kara, you must have missed Legion as well as BfA, so welcome back!
They didn’t remove the Karazhan raid; it’s still there. They just added a dungeon version of Kara in Legion.

Yeah just came back after playing Draenor the last time i played. I was raiding BlackRock foundry at the time.
