Is LFR sharing the same cooldown with Heroic or Mythic for Raids?

Hello,

Is LFR sharing the same cooldown with Heroic or Mythic for Raids in The War Within?
For example, if I did LFR this week and I go Heroic Raid, will I still be able to loot/roll?

I’ve tried browsing for the answer but the answers are somewhat old.

LFR does not share the lockout with other difficulties.
You can loot a boss with a chance for loot on every difficulty.

Every difficulty has a separate lockout and you are eligible to roll on items from each - once per boss, per difficulty - resets every Wednesday.

That hasn’t been a thing since MoP… each raid difficulty is its own lockout.
