It’s actually easier with the new affix. You have major CD’s up much more frequently and the healers spend less time drinking.
The tormentors were just a massive time sink.
If you get baited into taking the haste buff, then yeah… it’ll be harder.

I changed my mind. Since most of the players realized it is way better then the haste fiesta it is a good affix
Far too many think that the haste buff is the best. The Vy add is also probably the worst to deal with, jumping around from China to Uganda, lazer beaming people for massive damage. It’s excessively annoying for little pay off.
It’s kinda nice to be able to get multiple casts of Dreadstalkers into a single tyrant 
depends on group comp. if you have big bursty aoe classes then its non existent affix especialy if people just focus Uhr and you dont have to st Vy in africa half of time.
i love this afix on my monk or example 
but overall - yes its tuned harder because they tuned with 4set bonuses and 2nd legendary in mind.
once people have those it will feel exacly like last season - unless you will be carrying some without bonuses - but i fully expect it to be norm to inspect if all 5 people have 4 set and kicking people without them further in tier

The CD reduction is actually busted for some specs. It scales with shifting power, so I can almost get two combusts back to back if I time it right.
It can feel busted for burst windows on some classes, but I dunno about it’s overall impact. Also, for some specs it de-syncs their cd’s or even puts talented spells on the wrong cooldown (bug).
14s this week at the very least are very easy. The Gear and some people having 2 set bonus means it is the best time to farm 262, i 2+chested like a few already
gotta love the CD reduction thing too as well, having basicallly permanent astral shift impossible to die
