Is n'zoth the last boss tho?

Yes titans, that’s what I meant.

Uldir was experimental station, Ghuun was titan experiment, no?

If they could’ve destroyed them, why didn’t they? Because it would kill Azeroth and all life on it?

Also why are you liking your own posts on an alt? That’s strange.

We kill him, we start a war with old gods, in X expansions we kill them all but just on azeroth, as a consequence of killing them azeroth dies, we’re forced to take the vindicaar or whatever and BOOM, Starcraft.

Sounds horrible, you know how much people hated old zones being gone with cata think liek that but Thousand times worse.
And keep 2franchises seperate.

As interesting as that sounds, I don’t know. Sounds like a cool idea, but… idk.

I don’t know either, but that looks more and more like a real perspective. I kind of remember them saying somewhere that they would’ve connected the 2 worlds at some point but I’m not sure

Yeah i hope never ever ever ever happens.
The franchises are very diffrent merging them as 1 is just stupid, they dont go together at all.
So its exactly kind of thing they would do .
Its just gonna loose fans from both sides.
People play/like warcraft cause its warcraft not starcraft and oppisite aswell. Would be super stupid to merge them.

The old gods and the void are blizzards ace in the hole.

You can kill deathwing.
You can kill Arthas.
You can kill Azshara.
You can kill old gods… But unless you kill the big bads floating somewhere out there in the realm beyond realms, they can just invent more old god type menaces, either literally, or bring in ones who landed on other worlds.

Thus the void and old gods will always serve as the ultimate big bad, because thry are canonically speaking the big bad of the warcraft universe. Even the Legion opposed them. I don’t see blizzard having us fight void Lords until the franchise is ready to retire, but old gods they can do as many times as they like.

The only other way to bring in enemies other than void at this point is either invent a brand new threat from nowhere, retcon a previous threat to have not actually been killed (Legion, scourge, deathwing, naga/azshara) have one of these threats from an AU show up, or to have the opposing faction be the “final boss” which would obviously result in an untenable ending as both sides can’t win in this scenario.

I mean the theme is reoccuring with old gods granted, but at least there’s potential for unique threats and characters within it. I prefer this to a “oh wait, deathwing didn’t actually die” moment, or introducing another bad guy to head up a previous threat who for some reason we were totally unaware of aka "sargeras may be imprisoned, but wait a minute, there’s this totally bad bad high ranking demon you never heard of who is now trying to reforge the Legion anew and they are somehow more powerful than the previous ultimate commanders of the Legion you’ve faced so far, yet in that last ‘final’ invasion they were nowhere to be seen for some reason. "

Aaaaand give it 1 or 2 expansions more and we’ll go back and ally with Illidan and Sargeras to defeat the Old Gods, with Sargeras being a good boi

or or or instead of world ending super god/being/whatever for billionth time in a row we can deal with more local and normal stuff with a updated world thats free of old gods and finanly repaired from the cataclysm.
(with invasions,wq’s(that arent all just go Kill X or 12 of X),worldbosses, events, scenarios and needing old mats for new stuff or visit special places to get some cosmetic profession item/pattern)

We dont have to fight world ending being after world ending being you know?
Or we can have much of old characters that are stilla live(most demons are still out there escpially ones guldan summoned on brokenshore).
Cause we have faced stronger beings doesnt mean weaker ones cant be a thread.
Like jaraxus, malchezard ,malganis, kelthuzad are still out there for example.
For Alliance could have to fight some stormwind noble(s) that are planning to take anduin out and other leaders.
Can have fights for old terotories.ù
Could have to defend booty bay from pirates or something.
Even with old gods wow can go for long time with characters we havent faced or werent killed or new ones or just more local threats.

Of course we don’t!
As long as there will be a confirmation in game that Nzoth is bad, obvious enough to Mr Bukachu I can get my 100k.
And we will get it in this expansion

But this one isn’t about old gods, was said by the devs, it’s about conflict of factions and strife of one undead lady to stay alive/out of nothing

See, I USED to think that, and given C’Thun, Y’shaarj and Yoggie’s portrayal you’d think that… But N’zoth and Xal’atath seem different. They seem to have their own conscience, their own motivations, their own ways of doing things. Xal’atath and N’zoth aren’t unconditional friends working together to corrupt Azeroth, neither were the original four Old Gods (who were constantly at war with each other), but they did have mutual interests.

N’zoth at least seems to have some degree of free will. He might be free but we still don’t know what he actually wants. We’re just assuming he wants Azeroth’s titan soul (given that’s why he was created).
Maybe he has a massive ego, has been testing our power, and now wants to just rule over us as a God rather than doing his job and becoming nothing. Thinking we’re powerful enough to just bat away a few Void Lords for him.

Ye, maybe he will use us as a tool to overpower his masters… idk we will see but honestly i think we are overthinking it…it propably going to be nzoth bad-kill-loot-win.

A broken clock is always right twice a day. Blizzard may make a lot of mistakes, terrible design choices so on etc etc, but they do some good on occasion too.

I would put money on them having way bigger plans for Azshara and N’zoth at least. If they wanted to kill them off (like they’re doing with Sylvanas), Azshara would be dead already.
Blizzard lives and dies by “never use a good villain once.” Just look at Gul’dan and how many times we’ve fought him. Three times. He was even definitively dead after the first. Archimonde, Kil’Jaden and Kael’thas all twice.

That’s the spirit :muscle:

Does this mean Arthas is incoming?

8.3 Siege of Thunder Bluff … final boss Sylvanas

Gonna raid dat warchief all night :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Hopefully it is truth

We have 3 warbringers Videos … 2 of the warbingers are already in a raid… one left …

Black Empire should be a Expansion… not only a patch … This is my opinion for Nazjatar and Argus too … but … who knows

Not Arthas, but Arthas isn’t going to be the last Lich King we’ll ever face.

Blizzard hasn’t been feeding Bolvar new lines and dropping him in here and there for nothing. Half the time, whenever we do interact with him, he’s threatening to kill us anyways.

The whole “There must always be a Lich King lest the dead run rampant and kill everyone” while the crown makes you lose your mind shtick is ripe for constant recycling.

only fitting that his agent - dk OP, tries to distract us from planning our defence against the scourge - our true enemy!

you hear this Bukachu?
the Argent Zoo and an Order of the Silver Woof comes for you, traitor!

I also come btw, for my 100k, ready to accept it on my server any time

We got whitemane, mynx, Jaina read to get on her knees, thasarrian and who not.
all that with flying castle and numberless minions ready to serve.

not to mention all the other perks, we’re not the enemy!

odds are 1:35, if I win Ill come for my 3.5 million :stuck_out_tongue:
