Why does rupture keep u in combat for the whole duration? like i ruptured a guy and ran away- ACROSS THE MAP and i see the ticks 1 lightyear away, and im in combat for it.
Is this a bug? its stupid af. Rogue is the only class getting punished for using their abilities. Also breaks all of our CCs if u got it up, Shouldnt be the case imo

Blizz dont really care about rogs or bugs, they are working full force on midnight developing new bugs.
Just accept it, and reroll the blizzclass, DK / DH or dru.

Since I’m not sure anyone actually gave the real answer - Deathstalker Singular Focus talent keeps you in combat every time any bleed ticks when the Deathstalker’s mark is up
Easy to reproduce as Assa, turn off talents to multi dot. Ambush one target, garrote/rupture another, step back. You’ll drop combat and then when the dots tick you’ll re-enter combat.
If you vanish, when the dot ticks, it’ll instantly break vanish too.
