Hi guys,
looking for something to alt when i’m bored on my rogue.
just looking for something for casual pvp and also a fluent class with good mobility 
is shaman anything like this?

Enh Shaman has that big dick burst for pvp and nice good sustain dps for pve.
Mobility is not good, but not as bad as dk.
once you get some haste the rotation feels really fluent.
only thing that will probably make you hate the class for pvp is the 1 single defensive cd which rogues still blow you up through it

thanks for the reply alex! i did have a play about on enh last night and the spells look amazing! think i’ll be leveling it up over Christmas

Ele has the biggest big dick burst and loads of fun

Ele can easily kite em and if u manage to counterburst, they will get deleted. Just try to keep max range and react fast if u get focused.
I have played all classes in the game, and Shaman is the one I think has the most “fun factor” I mainly play Enhance.
In my opinion Shaman has the most fun utilities for PvP and PvE for solo play. Some personal favorites from my time as a Shaman is the satisfaction of going into a dungeon, and then “saving the group” from a complete wipe with AoE stuns to help the healer, or by using Earth Elemental when the tank dies.
And your multiple totems that allow you to do pretty much anything, makes you feel like a swiss army knife. I have beaten people multiple times in duels and WPvP using the Counterstrike Totem PvP talent, because they didn’t know how to counter it. Makes for a good laugh when they are twice the ilvl of you, and they still die 
And even Elemental I find fun to play, and I rarely play ranged classes. Of all ranged classes/specs in the game, it’s my personal #1 ranged spec.
Resto is interesting too, but I do have other healers I like better. I think it is mainly because Resto feel… a bit off. Cloudburst Totem is the recommended talent, but you rarely need it. You use it and when it finally goes off, your team doesn’t need the healing… But maybe that’s just because I haven’t used Resto in higher dungeons yet that I feel it is a weird talent.

Elemental shaman is super fun in bgs with bonkers burst and great utility.
Since we are lackning in mobility compared to melee i would strongly suggest you get Earthen Harmony legendary first with conduits that increase healing surge after you drop healing spring totem.
Lightninglasso and couter strike totem in random bgs is imo mandatory pvp talents.
I just came from a BG where my couter strike totem soloed a Hunter from 100-0 while i tanked a dk.
What ever you take from my post go Earthen Harmony as first legendary, you will thank me later, its not damage we lack at all with our burst and pick necro.
I’ll second this. It works as elemental. And it can crit heal for 8k on yourself. It’s really really good. I’m praying it doesn’t get nerfed.
Is Shaman fun? It’s subjective, but if you wan’t a biased opinion - It’s absolutely fun
