Is Simple Tome of Bone-Binding still dropping?

Heya,
Been away from the game a while, gone from my beloved BM spec to MM, and wanted to tame a undead pet now.

Seems I need the Simple Tome of Bone-Binding, so been slaying Elite mobs in Maldraxxus but with 0 luck.

Is that thing still dropping or are there prerequisites for it to drop?

I simply can’t remember if I ever came across it when I q’ing in Maldraxxus - it seems there is no way to tell, but I cannot tame the undead pets in Nazmir, so I guess not.

I think nowadays people get this from one of the bosses in one of the maldraxxus dungeons. Might even be a guaranteed drop.

On a separate note, you don’t need an undead pet in PVP that much nowadays, compared to shadowlands.

No hunter or druid ever take scare beast/hibernate, and you face a priest or ret most of the games, so you need your normal beast pet. The only case you need an undead pet now is if you’re doing 2s and face rogue mage.
