Is Tabard of Flame cross-server transmogrification?

Hi,

Right now in the Cata Classic shop is available the Tabard of Flame and i want to buy it

But i dont know if i can transmog it with other characters that are in other servers (of the same expansion) or only with the character that buys it?

Anyone can confirm that?

Would be great if we had a collection for tabards at all instead of storing this stuff on every toon^^.
