Is the item-restauration service down for classic era?

Hello,

I try to restore an item on my classic era character “Jackyy lvl 60 paladin” from the “Dragon’s call” realm.

once I have the character selected it redirects me to an error page with the following error code “46797c1c-3e92-44d0-ba26-373b94c8d525” without any further hints what went wrong.

I hope you can help me

I tried using the restauration service in from a different device with a different webbrowser, now I get a different error code at the same step

it works for my wotlk chars but NOT for my classic era vanilla chars

happened to me as well multiple times now.
I tested many of my Era alts and so far it seems to work for the ones who don’t have in-game mail to restore (you don’t get any error but obviously the list through the restoration link won’t have any item listed).

The only ones who still redirect to that error are the ones who likely have some mail to open in-game.

It’s pretty stupid having a service like this but that doesn’t work for the reason is built for…

update: I made now sure I neither got incoming nor outgoing mail

the item restoring service still errors out at the same step:

I don’t use the restoration service so I’ve just tried and it worked perfectly. So whatever it is I don’t think this is at Blizzards end. I tried with Chrome that’s up to date.

Are you sure sure all it says is those numbers? You should try logging out of the site and removing all the Blizzard cookies.

yes did that also multiple times, and switched browsers and devices even to make sure it’s not an issue on my side
