Is the loot in Tomb of Sargeras bugged?

Honest question.

I have been farming the raid with my Paladin for several weeks now. I have gotten every piece of loot available except the Radiant Lightbringer Crown (head) from Demonic Inquisition, the Radiant Lightbringer Cape (back) from the Desolate Host and the Steadfast Purifier’s Warboots (boots) from the Maiden of Vigilance.

It might actually just be extremely bad luck, but just those 3 very specific items not dropping for several weeks when I already have pretty much all obtainable loot from the raid, seems too much of a coincidence.

Either these pieces have an Invincible type of droprate or it feels like it’s bugged in some way.

It’s just bad luck.

The capes especially in the legion raids are a pain in the farter as they all only drop from one boss, so the loot pool is huge on that boss, but you only get 5 random bits.

I just find it so extremely bizarre because those are the only 3 sole items from the whole raid that I’ve never got for weeks. In the meantime, I also farmed Nighthold, completed the set and even got the mount from Gul’dan.

It just seems so specific.
I would understand dropping 1 of those pieces, coming up dry for the next 2 weeks in a row or even drop repeats, but those simply don’t come up at all.

It is the RNG issue.
The same way as invincible might drop to someone on the first try or in 15 years

Yep, I had the same luck on a pair of Antorus gloves, yet my 2 favorite crowns dropped on first try.

This is when I wish useless items like rings, trinkets or arti relics were flat out removed.

Honestly it is so disappointing when I run a tmog run and out of 5 items dropped, 3 or even more are not even transmogable.

ToS has good sets for almost all classes.

But also BoE set items can be dropped from thrash for class like priest. Very annoying to farm.

RNG can be a cruel misstress. My friend was farming shoulders and it’s taken him until this expansion to get the drop, he’s not farmed constantly obviously but a lot of runs and this expansion he finally got them.

Never give up! If you can multi character farm it really speeds things up.

Just completed the set today. So, I’d say no. It’s just how transmog farming works. I had to farm Mythic Eonar for months on amother character.

I had this sort of luck on the Cenarion Spaulders (Baron Geddon, MC drop).

I bashed his face in like 40 times to get it, on a toon I specifically brought back for “that one last try”. And it finally dropped there - been using it for my druid’s mog ever since.

Unfortunately, I don’t have another Paladin that is leveled enough to take on Mythic ToS and since it’s a Paladin set, I think it doesn’t drop for other classes.

But for what people have been saying, it really seems like just extreme bad luck with these 3 specific pieces. Being such a coincidence, I was really thinking it might have been a bug.

I’ll keep trying out my luck, ahah.

I have been farming for the Belt for Paladin set for about 2 years (definitely not every week).

Just bad luck.
