I think less than 200, you also had 100% land mount (can’t remember if it had flying, I don’t think so though)
Oh… in that case it’s not worth at all methinks. … those come cheap with a couple of hours spent doing dailies and some farming. … thought there was a good incentive to put towards artisan riding, but that was wishful thinking. …
I know, I know… some of you farm a whole lot of thousands of golds in only a couple hours. . … but I ain’t like that… …
I though it was about 100g.
You do get slow flying mounts.
Well in that case, also consider your druid will be able to go to Outland at 58-60 and you will be able to have instant flight form from the start with 150% flying speed.
You’ll be zerging to 70 with the 50% xp boost and never having to dismount.
Yeah, it’s odd it doesn’t include one profession. I believe the retail boosts did that at some point.
If you’re going to put in expert riding, weapon skill, some basic gear, etc, might as well include one profession boost to 350, can even be just a gathering skill.
Finally mr cabbagestew adds something constructive to the convo instead of just telling me i’ve already made up my mind lol. I was thinking this too, a few more levels and i hit outland anyway, then its only 10 more and im at where the boost would put me anyway.
From all the replies here I have to say im leaning towards not boosting atm. Thanks for the advise guys, I bet blizzard hates you all lmao surprised this thread hasn’t been closed.
I enjoy leveling too, lol.
Once upon a time, grab a char and level it up, its fun.
BUT leveling is not the main point of WoW anymore, since Wotlk its side activity.
The main activity for me is raiding. My main is already raid locked this week.
What do now?
I’m on a similar boat mate, my main has pve/pvp bis items and waits for Ulduar and Season 2 basically.
So, yes, side activities or play Dragonflight
Tbh rather than leveling through the same chars again, I’d rather spend the time on collecting the bis items for the char and enjoying the end-level content, cause that is less repetitive.

^^ Love it – that’s called ‘runner’s inner thoughts’ – anyone who runs often will admit to think stuff like ‘in 1.2kms it’s only 900mts to finish my 3k, then I can turn around and make my way back.’
That’s how I count down time until I’ve finished work.
True.
Also, ever set a countdown timer to runout 15mins before you finish so it’s time to start wrapping things up and call the takeaway shop so they deliver in time after you just got home got yourself a drink and are now getting comfortable at the computer just checking auction house email while you wait ?
… 'cos I did
Oh ye of little faith. Have you actually visited your local library recently?
If WoW was a job that might make sense, but WoW is not a job it’s a leisure activity.
“Hey Stamp collectors! You can really speed up collecting if you just scan your existing stamps, duplicate them a zillion times, print them out and fill up your stamp album”
Nah, doesn’t work in that context either.
I just continuously slam my head in the door, because when I stop my job seems almost pleasurable by comparison.
WoW is not a job, yes.
But the time of each and one of us has its own value, right? You don’t work for less than for what you evaluate yourself. So you can apply the same hour rate on any service to compare if its worth or not.
