Is there a list for EU connected realms?

I have tried to find a comprehensive list to check which servers are connected but was unsuccessful. Specifically, I wanted to learn if Silvermoon-EU is connected to Frostmane-EU. Can someone please let me know? Thanks

Far as i can tell, all the rp realms are now connected.
When the 4th war cinematics hit, AD did one of its events and recreated the saurfang cinematic outside org.
There were confused rp-pvp realm folks flying over the gates wondering what in the netherhells was going on. I was watching on my realm of the sha’tar while they were from the old pvp realms of roleplay.

So i think they linked more realms up, probably to migrate a few servers to classic lol.
Also think they have linked ALL the realms when it comes to queing for the warfronts ect. My ally on Eonar (normal realm pve) got into warfronts with folks from AD even and that didnt happen in the days befor classic if i remember right (tho i might be off, i dont do many warfronts ect

Crossrealm/sharding isn’t the same as “Connected” - the term that Blizz uses for realms that are basically one.

That means those characters can send mail, trade, join guilds and all that as they would on the same server.
