Is there a Retail Level 60 Community?

Is there a level 60 community out there that still actively does level 60 Shadowlands content/raiding? (Other than facerolling through it as level 70)
The in-game search functionality is… lacking.

You can’t unfortunately lock exp gain at level 60, 59 works but not 60, so you can’t play Shadowlands all contents.

Ah, that’s unfortunate, that severely limits the possibilities.
So I guess the only way would be other players that also don’t own Dragonflight like me, and are locked to level 60 this way. They’re probably too few of them for a decently sized community. :s
