I really really need to learn the rotation of the meta Hpala build right now for both raid and m+
I look at videos and guides on YT but i cannot for the life of me keep everyone topped with holy shock and crusader strike against cirtain mechanics, plus that grievious ticks for more than my holy shocks sometime.
Any “pro or semi pro” hpala willing to help me out?

My suggestion would be to go on Twitch and find a streamer playing your spec, they’ll be able to show you directly.
Are you just watching guides or actual gameplay as well? Seeing a good player play your spec in real scenarios can incredibly helpful since you can see exactly what they do and when.
I’d suggest giving Ellesmere a watch when it comes to hpal, assuming you haven’t done that already.
Go on the class discord of Paladins. You will find it, if you google “world of warcraft paladin discord”, and just ask there. Wow forums is the worst place to ask this I think. Also, they usually have pinned messages with very detailed guides of what you have to do. Another thing for you would be to just read the wowhead articles for holy paladins properly.
