Is there a way to disable Auto Response?

When I am in the middle of combat if a receive a whisper it stops registering my key press for abilities and automatically goes in to respond which has nearly killed me a few times now and is starting to irritate me. I can’t find anything in ELVUI or options tabs in game to stop this.

If anyone has any idea I would be really grateful.

Both DBM and Bigwigs have this system in their settings, you can disable them. Do you use either of them?

I use DBM never even thought it would be a raid addon causing this but I will check it out now. Thank you for the quick reply!
