When in combat, are there any addons or by commands that increases blood and gore?
Saw a mod that someone made in wow, that that causes blood to splatter and pools of blood on the ground.

Not that I know of. You can set spell effects up to max, but that’s about it

There is a far simpler solution: Exit WoW and play a game with higher age rating.

ye if you want blood and gore your kinda in the wrong game heck even FF 14 had to censor them self because there scene in the MSQ where a character is covered in blood and they made the blood black because otherwise it would be to visually brutal for the age rating

They literally just announced they are removing all games from China except Diablo Immortal and that any game time would be refunded.
