Is there a way to remove the 10+ useless buffs from my target and focus frame, so I can actually see whats going on on my screen?

Every expansion there are more and more buffs that are just bloat. I use focus frame and when I target lets say a mage, he has 15+ buffs (yes, Im looking at one atm) with zero meaning to me. DF is ridiculous in this. I want to see only specific buffs/debuffs. Is there a way to do so? Filter it somehow?

without unitframe addons no. i have at least 5 buffs which are not combat related on my chars :rofl: and are not relevant for other players
