Is there a way to stop XP completely?

Hi guys, I have a 110 twink and Im haveing super fun.

I turned of XP in orgrimmar, but I still get like 4k xp per BG win so I will ding and leave my twink bracket soon.

Is there a way to turn of XP, so you get 0? Do I still get xp if I leave bg before we win?

yes, there is a npc in ogrimar u can talk to. he is used for that purpose.
eventho its mostly now for characters for herald of titan achievement

talk to him and ask to disable exp

I did talk to this guy but you still get 5% of the xp, so I keep getting closer to ding every bg I win

are you sure? I see a lot of twinks leaving just when bg is about to finish just so they dont get xp. I dont think this npc turn of xp, only reduce it heavy

How can you guys be so sure? I turned it off as soon as I hit 110. Then I do all zones quest in bfa and I am now only 3 bars to ding 111.

Normally this would be enough to get to 120 if you do all quest in all zones but I still get like 30xp per mob killed and 1k per quest in bfa. I also get xp from BG

We are so sure because this usually does not happen and the XP lock is not supposed to work this way.

How do i enable it again? I can try turn it on and off and see if that helps…

But Im not sure if you guys have actually used this feature because among the twinks in 110 bracket a lot of people leave early etc to now get xp

So I just checked on a lvl 113 alt, and neither quests nor mobs gave me any XP.
So this might just be limited to exactly lvl 110 (even though the blue post mentions lvl 110 and higher) or it is in fact a bug.

You could add a second WoW on your battle.net and sub… you’ll be capped at 110 as the base sub only lets you level to 110.

Lvl 50, which would be the equivalent to lvl 120.

There is two Debuffs:

One if on character that disabled XP he gets no XP whats or ever.
And there is Debuff for everyone who is in his party which makes them take 95% less XP (so you can’t use twinks to power level other people for gold or other reasons).
