Is there a way to turn off "suggested friends"?

I had to reinstall WoW + the bnet app and now my friend list constantly shows something called “suggested friends” that wasn’t there before. Is there a way to hide that category? I’ve already accidentally clicked a few ppl on that list -.-

P.S. I’m NOT looking for a way to hide my name from showing to others, I want to hide theirs from my list.

i know its in german and im sorry for that but its from my launcher and i am always too lazy to switch languages lol.

you can disable it.

click next to the blizzard logo on your launcher, go to options and then friends. should look something like what i ve posted above. you got the option to disable suggested friends.

its the second option below “freunde”.
