Is there an easy way to check if the server has reset weekly quests?

Is there an internal variable or week number/calendar value you can check to see if you’re in a new week with respect to weekly quests and rewards?

All servers in the region reset their week at the same time.

8:00 AM PST is the daily reset for NA
8:00 AM CET is the daily reset for EU

I’d like to be able to query something from within an addon so I can reset some stored weekly values. Maybe there’s something in the Great Vault API?

I just want to know if the game thinks it’s a ‘new week’ with regards to weekly quests and rewards.
