Tired of having to look up what what servers belong to which language group. Is there any addon that just stops everyone from a language group from even appearing when they apply to join your group? Like, either just ignoring them or just instantly declining them?

I have some bad experience with Russian healers in M+ …like leaving after 2-3 wipes

There is an option to search for this content via country (filter) but it’s a one way street, you can avoid joining them but they can join you.
Eventually you will no longer have to look (thx memory) if it happen so many times, but I realise this does not really give what you ask.
The short: As far as I’m aware this is not possible.
I don’t know if there’s an addon, but I personally just decided for myself to not invite people from Twisting Nether, Kazzak, Hyjal, Ysondre or any Russian realm.
Their names usually give it away.
Or the heuheuheu que? type of language in broken English. You should know which servers are foreign tho really.
I think there are portugese/ITA??? filter mods out there.

Today a healer with 478ilvl left after first 3 wipes, i checked healing as prot i did more.
3 wipes = timer gone. If the run is not a weekly run it’s par de course to leave
