I do not pretend to be good but usually on keys 11+ me and my partner are playing together. I am 415 DH, with Rogue 409. Usually I am doing 41+, rogue does something like 50+.
Here I am talking when both of us are equally with openings, all cooldowns ready.
On single target if Rogue procs well beats me with something like 25 for me, 28 to the Rogue. Elsewhere, 25 for DH, 16 for Rogue xD
They have an azerite trait that is op, one of the reason they are getting so much screen time in the mdi. It is being nerfed in 8.2 so you can beat them then. In the meantime if you want a bit more burst aoe to win every now and again use fel barrage.
