Is there any EU DK Topic read by class designer?

Hi,
I would like to share my feedback on DragonFlight DK talent tree but I feel like nobody from Blizzard employees (whom would have actual impact) is reading EU forum.

If you know which Topic (regarding DF DK talents) is read by someone with “power” please share link to such Topic.

If only some of US Topics are followed please share such link as well. I might level some character to lvl 10 on US server to be able to write on US forum (Crazy system… Has to be same guy who created festering wounds and also separated forums).

I feel you man, but they best we can do is share our feedback and pray someone with 'power" as you say listens.
