in guides it says there used to be one in undercity but that city doesnot look accessible at the moment .so any other horde city or place where heirloom vendor could be found ?
The heirloom vendor in Org is on top of the main gate. There should be an UD NPC.
Alternatively you can go back to old Undercity using the travel back to a past time line mode.
A few heirlooms are on the guild vendor but you will need to find or be in a guild that has them unlocked.
