Currently you can’t create a new Horde character on any PvP Server. I have an Alliance character on Crusader Strike, but since it feels really dead I want to start fresh (tough decision). This time I want to play Horde, but all Servers are locked. Is there any way to find out when you are able to create Horde characters again (doesn’t matter which Server, but should be PvP).
I want to create a Shaman and want to win in PvP (no joke).
All you can do is keep on trying, it may open up when the balancing system allows it, which could be ay any time, day or night.
Imagine if they didnt block horde creation on pvp/ alliance migration to pve serv, PvP realms would be 80% horde / 20% alliance in no time

Unfortunately yes. Alliance basically held hostage at this point.
Most alliance escaped too wild growth, horde stayed and transfeered to pvp realm later, im shocked.
Horde creation gona be locked all the way to the end of SoD 
unless ofc you make one on a pve server 
yeah that’s a huge problem lol. wonder what blizzard intends to do about that…
History just repeats. There is nothing you can do. Except horde can signup for BGs as alliance and alliance can raid with horde. See what’s going on in retail.
Maybe there is reason of why this happening? In start of SoD alliance was locked most of the time (because most people wanted to started as alliance because it was always a better option in vanilla classic then horde). Now most people on PvP realm wanna start as horde, hmmm, maybe there is a reason for it, pvp balance for example?
To fix it they need to remove facials and add palas on horde and shamy on alliance. It didn’t happen in the last 20 years. It may also not happen now.
As i remember they said that they will never do it in SoD.
