So i have a problem with a purchase which the automated system they have in place could not get me solved,is there any way to geta response from them or imma just keep getting ai responses till the day i die
Tickets are how we get in touch with blizzard, if you’ve raised a ticket and the issue is not resolved, there should be a big button at the bottom to say I still have an issue or something similar. This escalate the problem.
Are you struggling to make a ticket or have you made a ticket and aren’t happy with the response you received or are you trying to use the automated refund system?
made a ticket,got an automated response, replyed to it, then silence ,no response for 3 days , i am having a problem with a refund and i need someone to manually check it but everytime i get a ctrl c+ctrl v automated ai response of the refund guidelines
Oh don’t expect an actual real reply from Blizzard for at least a week.
European customer support no longer exists, after Cork is now either closed down or is in the process of being shutdown.
All CS related work for Blizzard is now being handled by the handful of Customer Support in their Austin office. But with Microsoft taking over, they will probably be opening a new department in their India, New Delhi Service Centre.
