So I am not sure what new patch bring in early spring? I have heard something about March and I wonder if I would still have enough time to do m+20s…
I am currently at m+13 m+14 level and I still learn the dungeons.
Will the new patch in March “reset” the progress I am doing? Will it bring a new raid ?
There won’t be any new raids but lots of other stuff and a faited season like in Shadowlands with the old raids. Here’s the roadmap for 2024:

Yes, with the new Mythic+ season in spring.
There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to get all your +20s done before the new season starts.
