where the one side can go full toxic mode and get away.
Especially in random groups people can insult you by whispering. Most of the times when you try to reply back you get a message the XXX is ignoring you.

So not only we get the harassment we also give the tools to the toxic player to escape protected.

What is the best way to handle this within this game? I think the ignoring message ignores your whole battlenet account.

How do they get away?

So you attempt to reply to them, knowing well that ignoring does stop the toxicity. After all, they stopped you so it proves the block is quite effective.

The tool is to report them and block them. Not to whisper them back and be toxic yourself as well.

Report and block.

It doesn’t matter what you assume, it only matters that you have the tools to report any toxicity and can use them.
