Is this a bug? what one do I go by?

Goid morning all,
Im a little confused with my haste stat in game it says i have 16% haste but when i look in armoury it says i have 33%. The armoury is all up to date and its saying the same total rating as in game. Which should i go by and believe or is this a bug on one side?

I think you should remove the hunter forum.
Make all forums shaman paladin mage.
Don’t let people waste time.
