Is this a feature in Pre-Patch? All quest items as T-Mogs

Is this added in pre-patch or was it even a thing in the first place?

I am sure that Blizz stated somewhere that completing a quest will give you all the T-Mogs from every item that could be claimed from it, whether it be for your class or not.

This has been a thing for years. When you complete a quest that rewards gear you learn all the rewards as TMog.

Only the rewards that you class could wear, but now is absolutely every reward. The change should also be retroactive for previously completed quests

No you would learn everything.

No, before 11.0 you wouldn’t learn a cloth armor transmog when completing a quest with a Paladin, only rewards that a Paladin could wear (Plate armor) so to get all the transmog you need to complete every quests with one character per armor type. The same for weapons. In 11.0, you learn eveything with any character.
