My guess is as a solo player it is, as a multiboxer it is not.

i reckon fme is allowed but i d make a ticket/wait for a blue to make sure.
after all it shouldnt matter whether you click portrait/follow or target and type in chat /follow (if thats still a thing). its still one press = one action - so in my opinion, it should be okey to use.
no idea about mama-multiboxing though because this confuses me

Mama works well in conjunction with DynamicBoxer, EMA and WowOpenBox but also with other multiboxing software or hardware
One time setup: /mama s 1 in window 1, /mama s 2 in window 2, /mama s 3 in window 3 etc… then copy the token from dynamicboxer window 1 and paste in the other windows
Set in game keybind for “mama alltogether” so you can trigger both follow me and make leader in 1 key/addon message. (and the other commands too)
Add /click MamaAssist in front of your macro to assist whoever you are leading with.
no idea what fly to the same place and 1 key/addon message means etc. i do not multibox so this sounds kind of worrysome to me.
Also I would like to know if this method is allowed…
The first addon was made for people to help each other out when afking in a party/raid. I just think things change up a bit when it is used for multiboxing.
yeah its not the first addon i d be worried about. even with multiboxing as long as you still click for each window it should be fine but who knows nowadays anymore. 
That’s the thing.
One of the group types in party or raid chat fme then all with the addon in your party/raid will start to follow you.
oh…hm. that sounds kind of illegal but im more the rather safe than sorry kinda type. 
lets hope a blue can shed some light on it.
I don’t mind the rules changing, but it would be nice to get some clarification
