Preview (Control-Click in his inventory) the Ensemble before you buy to make sure it’s the same. I just logged in to check, and it looks right to me, but I’ve been burned before by the differences between sets from the same tier/season, so do check you’re gettingthe right one.

Yes, it is a set, though only available to alliance druids, the horde has different colors.
Other recolors include the Nighthold and Emerald Nightmare raids druid set. The mythic version looks pretty similar to that, but soloing mythic Legion raids is still not trivial on level 60, especially a fresh one with no high gear.
The other difficulties are pretty trivial at level 60 but offer different colors.
