Im 10 min in a skirmish que, 10 min battleground que and overall soloQ wait time if not healer is between 20-50 min in order to set up just 6 ppl to play a few arenas together… LFG seems like a waste of time. Is this game dead or is just PvP in this game dead? Since I dont play pve I have no perspective from the other side…

Just pvp, solo shuffle obliterated the pvp activity a mile high
Skirmish and BGs arent played. As arent awarding.
Helaer population in solo shuffle has dropped massively. And premades stopped outside the top players.
As always. Auto finder queue systems fail another slice of content.
Game is not dead, it’s just busy finding something else than a ret paladin in the pvp queue.

Just pvp obviously - for example if I join with LFG for timewalking dung with current TW event (joining only as dps) I usually wait around 3 mins, few times I even get instant join aswell, never waited over 5+ mins nowadays personally
season is nearly done, ret rework certainly didnt help pvp but usually people play other games in wow’s downtime as every bit of gear will be replaced in an month
You cant actually compare TW with the PvP queues. Especially since TW is rewarding HC gear and not NM gear. It obv all the casuals are going to run all their alts through. PvP queues today have been extremely slow compared to other days. Its been between 10 -15min even for random BG its been a long wait.

Yes, it is. Busted exploit ratribution cryladins killed it. Just by crying almost on everything including tier set transmogs.
Same cryladins who cry about so-called nerfs.

Pro tip: If you want to ruin this game, just allow huntars and frikkin cryladins to overperform.
They will spread rapidly like harmful species that destroy all of nature.

I’ve being saying this for a while as well. But people dont listen. Pvp in DF is very boring because there is no gear progression. Players got no motivation to farm that honor, or hit that rating. Full conquest gear can be farmed in less than a day, by anyone, without requiring anything to do. Pvp upgrades being useless in pvp, because basic conquest gear scaling up higher than 9/9 upgrades.
So of course nobody is playing it anymore. There’s no progression feel. All characters feels like fresh lvl 70 characters because of the reasons from above. And no, majority of pvp players dont care about cosmetics or achievments alone.
Also, retri being broken for so long doesn’t help

I did. I mained hpala always but in this xpac is just bad. Cant compete with any od the other healers
