Trying to do some old content, WOD. Started my garrison, stuck at lvl 2. Can’t get a shipyard. Missing 2k resources. Garrison generates like 50 a day, all pumped into follower missions trying to lvl them up. I got treasure addon, been farming chests all day, got barely 500 resources. Now what? How do you get wod resources? Where?? It used to be dailies, lfd, etc. Easy. But now? Players are completely cut off from making any progress there… even the wowiki page has no updates since 2017 or any mention of how to get the required 10k+ wod resources to complete the necessary garrison upgrades, others buildings, shipyard, follower missions etc. What the hell is going on??
Is this really how they treat old content, with a big F you, it’s old, move on, play something else??
How the hell do I get the 10k+ resources ?
Just wait 6 months for the garrison yard box to generate them at 50/day ??
Are you using handynotes draenor treasures or do you use something else?
I have found quite a bit of resources just running around the map with draenor notes on.
I have been doing daily quests too wich gives some resources.
For example i know there is a daily quest in Vol’mar/Tanaan jungle that gives resources, i haven’t explored enough to know if there are a lot more dailies you can do for resources tho.
I spent a week levelling in WoD and was getting 140+ a day from the cache.
Finished (moved onto legion at lvl 100) with nearly 2k resources. I wasn’t purposely trying to get them either. Just did a few mission table stuff for xp, picked up a few treasures and gave some resources to the trading post. Didn’t seem much different to when WoD was the “live” expansion except I wasn’t caring too much aside from levelling as quickly as could.
Just making my trading post, hope I can buy some resources with random mats I loot as miner+ enchanter. What’s a good daily tracker? Haven’t seen any that gives me resources yet.
