a casual player playing only M+ to get some loot. For 8 weeks i can not see a drop of range weapon. When i try survival, got a weapon loot on the first M+. After switching back to marks no weapon loot again.
so thank you blizzard for pushing my RNG luck to this far…
If you had group loot you would have got it by now! 
From the vault yes it is normal to not get what you want
not just vault i say at leas 8 weeks of M+ and vault no range weapon drop none.
Not every dungeon drops weapon for ranged there are i believe only 2 dungeons who drop a weapon in season 4
doing mostly docks, junkyard and streets for range weapon drop. and as i said before tried surv once and got staff from junkyard in fisrt run.
Well it is pretty normal i did 19 streets to get my tank trinket from there.
I did 15 or so grimrails before i did it with people who could trade the weapon and they got it on that run so i got it on that run.
nope it is not normal. Done more than 30 iron docks total. i mean no ranged weapon drop i’ve seen. With other hunters too. also every week vaults.
and melee weapon on the first M+. that is not normal. not in any mathematical explanation.
Mine is a bit smaller sample,i Ma iLvL 276 and have 4k unspent valor, my idea was, i gonna grind quite a few dungeons until I get something from S4 (coz all my gear is leftover from S3) and then I will upgrade it. I been playing m+ all weekend don’t know maybe around 12-14 dungeons between +8 and +14,not a single drop all weekend just flux. Flux & valor.
I liked that the gear was scarce in a way,but not a single item when all of your gear sucks in 8 hours of continuos gameplay is a bit of a bummer 
I wish gear was meaningful and you got 1 piece every couple of weeks. (After base gear level was reached)
its RNG and its gotten worse for me. For s4 I need shoulders no dungeon drops and the vault has given me every week I did m+ only a chest piece and some duplicates. So I gave up and ditched s4. If we are expected to continue doing 8 dungeons a week going into DF I most likely wont be doing it - its far too much effort for too little reward. I will do maybe one or two a week. M+ Fatigue does exists.
here is the funny thin. My firend suggested to make loot spec beast. since in surv it worked. and after doing loot spec beast. first iron docks i got the gun.
That is beyond problematic RNG. Something is blocking in marks loot to drop ranged weapon.
I was using a 262 bow from Spires season 3 right up until this week where I finally got a weapon in my vault.
First weapon drop I’ve seen since in ages 
Rng can be extra brutal sometimes yes lol
And totally not rigged to keep us in game, playing heavily on our addiction
