I have two characters with Alchemy and I have noticed that although they have the same Transmutation specialization (maxed), they have completely different CD.
For example, on both characters I emptied all the transmute charges on Wednesday. Today my dk has 10 available charges and my warrior has 2. Has anyone seen something similar?
Yeah, somehow it broke completely.
I have 2x70 alts, both with maxed out Transmute Spec. I transmuted Wednesday with all 10 available Crafts per Character.
And yet, i logged in and they still have 2/10 Crafts available.
My guess is, the Transmute Specialization broke the CD for them totally. Super annoying.
