I agree with that.
?
Rank on the pvp item doesnât matter, itâll be the level of the pvp token in pvp no matter what the rank of the item is. You can literally provide rank 1 mats for it and then just put it up for public crafting order, even with a low amount of gold as commission someone will craft it for weekly or for first craft eventually.
The PVP items with stat variety are locked by crafting/buying materials/farming things that can be fast paced with gold, I wasnât talking about material ranks, the low ranks are just as expensive as the high ranks, but that is not the point. The point is that Blizzard management is intentionally making the players to spend gold to gain an advantage, via embellishment gear, enchantments, potions, stats locked by crafting, etc.
Iâm a little shocked so many people in this thread donât understand the very simple point youâre making.
Pay gold â Gain advantage in PvP.
Thatâs pay to win. Gold or Tokens, itâs still pay to win.
Saying itâs âsmallâ buffs is not an acceptable argument, thatâs still pay to win. And some of them (embellishments, for example) are significant.
Saying itâs not a lot of gold is subjective, and still doesnât disprove your point.
