I still missed 4 mounts from island expedition.
It’s stupid RNG and very low drop as run 400 times.
Worry if I missed when they remove…
Nope, they said you would be able to solo tag like in previous xpack features

You can still run scenario’s from MoP so I imagine island exped will be fine…not sure of the warfronts as those are larger scale and I would think, solo, they would take some time to complete.
let’s hope it will be easily accessible and with faster completion rates…imagine doing warfronts for transmogs…alone…and gathering 2000 resources
I hope they stay and will be soloable for mogs, mounts, achievements etc. I’ve not done many as they can’t be soloed.
Even though Visions can be soloes I’d like to do them with better gear and more levels just for the mogs, achievs etc. if possible. Hopefully they’ll stay around in some form.
Afaik visions are staying but u wont be able to finish meta achiev anymore
Ok good. When I can break from stupid island expedition.
Since this made me so burn out as I tried farm mounts. I can later again try farm as solo.

Stuck on the “Tell me a Tale” Achievement for 3 items I’ve been missing forever, and it’s all thanks to Blizzard’s fetish with all things RNG… in this case multiple layers of it [RNG on Islands for the Week, RNG on main Mob Type to each island, RNG to Island to go on, RNG on Drop itself… all of which quest items are specific to!] 
While Isles might still be available still in SL, PvP Achievements will be near on impossible to do… so you might want to get that out of the way.
Aim for the IE boxes, they are a much higher mount drop rate (and sometimes some very valuable tmogs)
weekly rotation tho so keep your doubloons safe until the right box is available

How will you be able to get the PvP expeditions done for the achievements?
Yeah. But, drop coins are SLOW for 175 coins…
Also I fear box give me rng gears as not mount. For ruin my times.
That’s a good point, I guess PvP islands will be about as relevant as the legion free for all PvP areas.
Can feel the pain, but think of it as a bonus.
Most mounts sit around 10% drop rate from boxes iirc, and I know at least one instance of a guy obtaining 3 mounts from 1 box which is kinda crazy when you think about it.
Oh yeah and the mission map sometimes drop 5k gold or doubloons fyi, even if you don’t run it check what it gives every week just in case
I heard that too, but after farming IE for literally months in a row I never dropped a single mount in those damn boxes. The 4 mounts I received were all from the expeditions themselves.
Got a lot of admiral hats in the boxes though.
Wowhead has data about 10 to 30% based on the mount. Which is most likely far from accurate (30% at least, I’d place my bets on 10% tho) as they only have a limited sample of ~2k boxes iirc
Only have 2 IE mounts and they both came from boxes e.e
