Is warlock green fire account-wide yet?

I’ve read some old posts up to several months ago that each warlock has to complete the questline on their own. Does TWW change that with all that account-wide progression? I have to know before I spend gold buying the item that starts the questline.

Currently it is still not account wide. I’ve seen no info so far that it will be in TWW either.

Just checked with my alt lock who hasn’t done that quest. There’s no NPC in SMV to turn on the green fire.

I seen no problems making this account wide since it’s no longer a feat of strength since MoP.
(And while they’re at it, they could make a shadowflame questline as well xD)
