Using time before expansion to test various classes and specs before expansion, Fire and Arcane seem great, but Frost feels really bloated in AoE- Frozen orb, Blizzard, Ice Nova, Shifting Power, Cone of Cold, Arcane Explosion on top of Glacial Spike, Flurry and Ice lance.

to be fair most of it has a failry high cd.
yes, but takes keybinds and makes rotation clunky
