ISP is routing WoW traffic through the U.S., causing high ping

Is it safe the program?

thank you so much

thank you!

Can you tracerout and win mtr on 185.60.112.157?

I think you tetsed the wrong ip and that ip route is suppose to go like that… Also where you found 137.221.106.28? Cause the IP Blizzard give to test this kind of things are 185.60.112.157/185.60.112.158/185.60.112.159

The only IP that looked like Blizzard’s one was this. I’ve looked for netstat -an | find “3724” and netstat -an | find “1119” as common WoW ports and only IP it found was 137.221.106.28.

Yea they removed the page where the ip for test was and now they rarely gove them to you directly.

OK find out… The IP you are testing off is for us. patch. battle.ne  That’s why you pass trough US.

Test with the ip i gave you…

Can anything happen if i use the program u said above?Warp?

Edit: Nvm i’m not having lag right now.

I’d say yes. Cloudflare is safe to use. There are some buts.

Cloudflare Can See Some Data: While Cloudflare claims not to log personal data, they still process your DNS queries.

Not for Anonymity: If you need complete anonymity, like with Tor or a no-log VPN, WARP isn’t the best choice.

Not a Traditional VPN: WARP hides your data from ISPs but does NOT allow you to change your location (WARP+ does, but not for bypassing geo-restrictions).

So for playing World of Warcraft without lags it’s fine for me, but it does not offer features like VPN providers do.

Is Cloudfare WARP safe to use?
Also another important question does it actually work?

All safe and sound. It re-route you so you should be able to avoid problematic nodes

I have to say that since I have been using Warp the issue has been mitigated by a lot.
I still got some spikes to 100 ping but they don’t last long, so far it seems that way.

I’m no expert in this stuff but maybe you can tell me what you think.
Would something like Exitlag work better or would it be safer than Warp?

Tryed it once… Don’t like it and is not always the best solution.
Also is a payed product…
Better you go for a good VPN if you have to pay.

What would be a good VPN i that case if one would want to pay?
I just tried ExitLag and seems to work better than WARP.

My ISP isn’t Vodafone and I have massive lag spikes (2-3 seconds) and constant disconnects during last week, today is almost impossible to play, 1-2 seconds with home and 2-3 with the world. I don’t have this lag or problems with any other game…

Nord or Express…

And WARP you would say is better than ExitLag?

See people it’s not only Vodafone.

Vodafone Romania user here, same problem!
For 2-3 weeks I have this problem where i have 300+ms during the day and it stables itself out during the night at around 50ish
