Issue: Tbc & Cataclysm timewalking vendors have nothing listed.
Apparently there is an old “level restriction” on several timewalking vendors for some reason. Tbc & Cataclysm have blank vendors. Other vendors such as mop, wod & legion vendors work normal.
Strange that it is still restricted in any way. the timewalking badges awarded from different contents this days regardless of level. From quests, events and anniversaries. All items listed on vendors already scaling to any level.
Toy, gear items & mounts are all level 10+.
Please remove old restrictions that causing this blank vendors to be a thing.
Make it all work the same way. With a systematic & less confusing approach.

Forum Commiunity Managers are not Developers, nor are they GM’s.
Nor can they pass back “Feature Requests and Suggestions” to Blizzard. Blizzard won’t allow them to, I believe.
Feature Requests and Suggestions are made from within the game, along with bug reports. They all use the same tool, which sends the message directly to the developers. Bear in mind that you won’t get a reply, not even an acknowledgement.
Why even have customer support section if no actions or acknowledgements are taken. this is borderline a bug report. plenty of those in customer support & some with blue response to them.

Customer support’s role is generally to help players who encounter issues that would prevent them from playing our games, like any other player (i.e. you lost access to your account, a bug prevents you from playing the game, etc.).
For ideas, suggestions, or bug reports, these are best handled by our development teams, and QA.

Don’t want to be that guy but literally first way that is listed on the link leads me to this forum.
As i said i tend to bug report issues on ptr.
How effective it is that is another question.
Understandable that this place might be for customer venting mostly (apart from what you have stated) but i’d imagine a bug team dev would just have eu&us customer support tab pinned to track potential issues.
if the forum is not the place for this kind of issues&bug reports then i’d like to know that so i can leave the building.
