Greetings, I tried to login to my battle.net account last night and received the message “Your Battle.net account is banned.” This is not a post to talk about the reasoning behind it, the problem was that I was using an old abandoned email for that account which had a full inbox and could not receive any further emails. Therefore I cannot see their email regarding the ban to atleast understand why, and if it’s temporary or not. I cleaned up my inbox and still couldn’t find it anywhere, is it possible to have that email re-sent somehow? Honestly incredibly frustrating… thanks.

There is no way to automatically resend the email, but battle.net account bans would typically be reserved for exploitative accounts and are permanent.
If you believe it was applied incorrectly, or the account might have been compromised, you’ll need to contact support directly for assistance.

Thanks for the info. Is the “Your Battle.net account is banned” message an indictator of whether it’s permanent or not?
They can’t discuss bans on the forums. You even acknowledged that fact in your first post.
The only way you’re going to get more information than what you have already, is via a GM ticket.
